Why does ChromeCast change input on my AVR when I power up?

I have my chromecast on my Yamaha AVR (supporting HDMI-CEC) and when I power it on, within about 20-30 seconds it always changes input to whatever port the ChromeCast is on even though I am not casting anything.

Any ideas?
