How do you update a ZUK Z2 using a Mac

So I'm finally going to try and switch to an Android phone. I've been a long time iPhone user so I have no knowledge with the ins and out of an Android.

I've ordered an ZUK Z2 -- on its way. I'd like to put in a stock android on it. The latest official release.

How do i do this on a mac? Any guides out there for a mac user?
