I'm on Win7. I've tried both the provided USB-A to USB-C cable & a 3rd party cable to the USB port [which is USB2.0] and when I pull down on my Pixel & choose transfer files, my device won't appear in my computer.
It works fine on my Surface Pro tablet. My Nexus5 never had this issue.
It's obviously not a cable issue as it works on my Surface...Could it be a USB2.0 port issue? Or maybe the drivers weren't installed correctly? How can I verify that?
Funny part, if I go to developer mode and select MTP, my Pixel will appear in My Computer but only when I pull down & select Transfer Photos
Any thoughts?
