Moto X (1st Gen) Update Fail (222.31.9.en.US)

Current version is 222.26.10.ghost_Sprint update notification pops up to version 222.31.9.en.US after download and installation finished fail to active profile and shows message Unsuccessful update, please guide me for this issue
