I have seen some answers to the above question, but I do not have some of the things mentioned in the settings. I have Samsung s6 edge with marshmallow
please can you go through step by step please, this just happened suddenly I do not know why. Under settings there is nothing about show device, or about clearing data.
So the steps that were given I cannot follow.
