My samsung galaxy tab 3 lite has a ripped ribbon cable.

I was trying to fix the blurred lines going through my tablet. When a ribbon ripped in the top area where the yellow meets black. It the ribbon that the farthest on the right side. Now my tablet doesn't turn on I can here it's on but its just black screen. What should I do to fix this problem.
