I can't use Accesibility service

I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo I9060 android phone and i'm using App hibernator app
for hibernating apps but when i enable its service or other program's service in Accessibility
menu i can't select input language when writing a SMS message or use any other text program. What should i do?
