Are there charges on using Emoji`s and lots of letters when texting

Im new on here. Ive just swapped from Iphone to Note 8. Will I be charged for using Emoji`s and I`ve noticed at the side of the text it show`s something like 100/3 at the side of my text, so Im wondering if there will be charges if I go over onto say `page 2 or 3` on text. Thnk you :)
