How do I change data usage cycle period on a Samsung Galaxy On5

I have a Samsung Galaxy On5 which I purchased at my local Walmart. I'm on the "Walmart Family Mobile" plan which uses T-Mobile as the carrier. I have not been able to change the data usage time period on my device. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
