Anyone Else Have Problems With Samsung.com's Return Center?

I received the Note 8 on Sept 7th and ended up returning (shipping back to Samsung) on Sept 9. I only got to use the device for about an hour due to too many missed message because of switching from iPhone (iMessage). During my time of use I installed a screen protector and had it in a case.

The phone was delivered to Returns on Sept 13th. I received the device back today with a slip saying it couldn't be accepts due to physical damage! I look at the phone and there are scratches all along the edge display and a deep, almost purposeful looking, scratch in the center.

The damage was clearly caused by their return center! I shipped it in its new condition and packaged it very well. I used it for an hour max with a screen shield for goodness sake!

Anyone else have this experience with them before? I was livid when I opened the box. The fact that they would cause damage and then blame me?
