Google play services won't run unless you update

I'm using a ZTE Axon 7 A2017. OS 7.1.1 I enter beta version on Google on Google play services. Everything is working fine but it gives a notification saying Google services won't run unless you update it. And Gmail isn't working too it says Mail migration is having trouble with Google play services.
G.P.S version 11.5.30
