How to remove a deleted contacts birthday from my HTC Android?!

I deleted a contact rom my phone and google account but the birthday still shows to my calendar. It's in my People Calendar. If i deactivate this calendar it disappears but I don't want to loose all info from this Calendar so it's not a viable option.
