Trying to factory reset my Galaxy S8. Unsuccessful!

I am trying to factory reset my phone and I am being very unsuccessful in the process. Everywhere I have look keeps telling to access General Management under Settings. I have looked everywhere on my phone and I cannot find General Management anywhere. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my phone?
