Will a galaxy s5 active motherboard work in galaxy s7 active?

I bought a s7 active off a yard sale app called Letgo. Well it turned out to be stolen and have tried every means possible to get refund but haven't had any luck so I was told could swap motherboard to fix my issue. But don't have any idea how that works any thoughts please!! Thanks
