So I am using Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon50x Headphones with my Samsung phone, but when i call people I can't hear them. Nothing I've found seems to fix it and it's not my headphones because I can hear the typing sounds as I type this and music, etc. I know it's not my mic because in apps like Snapchat and Skype it shows my sound feedback. What is the problem, I can hear everything else but not my friends.
