I have found the answer. Go to settings on your home screen. Go to apps. There are 2 settings in all apps. Scroll down and hit the settings app button with the orange loop on the end. It will take you in app info, scroll down to notifications and hit on lock screen, hide content and make sure the set as priority button is in the off position. You're done, exit off all screens. After that when you go on your lock screen it should not pop up.
