Snapchat can't connect to server error

I just downloaded Snapchat on my fero a5002 and it's keeps saying can't connect to server please try again when I try to login to my Snapchat account. I can login with other people's phones but not mine... I've rebooted, cleared caches, uninstalled and installed, contacted customer care... Nothing works.... Please help me
