I need to upload a head shot. It states to use a 360x380. Can you help?

On my tablet it has options on rear camera being 4.3 (5.0 M) 2576x1932, 4.3 (3.1 M) 2048x1536. Then on front camera I have options of 4.3(2.0 M), 4.3 (1.2M) 1280x960. I do have other options, these are just a few.
