Optiminsing app 1 of 1

On rrstarting the phone it is showing 'Optimising app 1 of 1'. Also optimising the phone will take 15 minute. And also battery is draining quickly during the time. Like other mobile I don't install Truecaller and I already done hard reset. So please can anyone suggest the solution
