Tried to put twrp on and now stuck in samsung tab 3 boot screen

I have Samsung tab 3 tried to do twrp waited 1 hour and it still had not completed it said not to turn of but I did when I try to go into where I can wipe it and it asks if I really want to install custom os I say no it just gets such in Samsung tab screen again
