Unable to access yahoo email from phone or tablet.

Not able to sign into my yahoo email from my phone or Samsung Galaxy 10.0 tablet. Whe I change the password to my desktop password. States user ID or password is not correct. I am unable to be able to get help to be able to resolve this issue.
