I've got a HTC Desire 516 dual sim. It has been two days since this problem showed up and my device has completely got out of order. My SIM card cannot provide services, I can't turn on Wi-fi or mobile data, open my apps or even see the main screen!
I did several restarts. I did factory reset twice, from both "Settings" app and "Recovery" menu.
I really don't know what should I do by now! Can you help me, please? I'd really appreciate it.
