Droid Turbo question

Ive done a few searches and found a bit of info but I have not found a way to get my "hotspot" to work. My phone is not rooted. I have an unlimited data with VZ. I do not wish to "donate" more $ to VZ as they have already raised my rates....I suppose to try to get me to quit my unlimited data...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
