Any one know what a white circle icon on the right side of HTC Desire is..

I got this weird icon in my notifications bar next to the wifi and service bars on the RIGHT side of my HTC Desire. The icon is a white circle OUTLINE, and a full white circle inside of it, and the inside cirlce has a small horizantal line in the center..any1 know what that is??
