My Gear 2 has a yellow box pop up constantly asking for a pin #

My Gear 2 has a yellow box pop up constantly asking for a pin #. Once the pin is inserted, it wont allow me to go to my contacts, and for text messages the yellow box pop up asking for a pin # after every letter typed. HELP.
