i recently bought new phone BLU Grand 5.5 HD, it runs marshmallow OS, i can´t seem to find a way for telegram to notify me when i have new messages, i have to open telegram for it to show me i have messages
what i have done;
1-telegram notifications are all turned on
2- phone IS NOT on mute
3- settings for battery saving are off, battery optimization off
4- telegram placed as priority high notification
5- on wifi, not on mobile data, and wifi is placed to be active always even when screen is locked
6- already downloaded the notification test app and said my phone has no issues with push notif, and also have downloaded the notification fixer have had it for three days now, says all good, but no telegram notifications whatsoever
im lossing my mind now, i need help
