Delete dumpstate logcat gap no effect on Samsung j3

Samsung J3. Entered *#9900# and got through to hidden menu. Clicked on second option. Delete dump state logcat . Left and checked storage but no change. Repeated process few times but no change. Any help please. Phone memory full. Caches cleared and need all apps that I already have
