I am not able to had another home page on my s7

I click and hold on my home screen and the page shrinks... under this I only see Wallpapers, Widgets and Settings. Supposedly I am supposed to slide it left to add another page, but this doesn't happen. I am using Samsung Pay and have cards loaded. Would this have anything to do with it?
