I have a completely black screen and not one tip of rebooting has helped.

I have tried everything. On Friday, the screen started turning purple and compressed and the it turned black. There is no water damage or anything like that. Nothing comes up, I mean nothing. My phones rings, I can hear the notifications, but I cannot get to them as the screen is black. Please help!
