Share Via question...

When I go to a picture in my photo gallery and I hit share, it automatically comes up 4 email contacts and then on the bottom it says "message, gmail, Instagram, etc" ... How do these email contacts get here? Is it the most recent contacts that were emailed or the most frequently contacted?
