Why are the photos i take showing up on multiple devices?

I take photo on my S7 Edge and it shows up on another persons android S7 in my family plan. WE have separate accounts why is my stuff showing up on there phone?
Also when they use make Memos they also show up on my phone. what is going on how do i stop the connection between the 2 phones!?
