how do i fix the timing on my phone

i have a samsung s5 and i changed the timing recently, but the time on my apps are one hour behind. for example, the time on my phone would be 10:15, but if i send a message to someone on any of my apps, the time that it shows when i send it would be 9:15. how do i fix this??
