How to close and Access file in a shared folder in dropbox opened by another collaborator?

Hello

I want to close an Access DB in the shared dropbox folder that is opened by another collaborator ,programmatically with VBA . Please note that the other collaborator is not on the same LAN,he/she may be working on the file from other city or even other country.
