I have a samsung galaxy j5 and im trying to transfer photos to my computer via usb

i have connected the phone via a usb and it has said its downloaded the drivers, the phone asks to allow or deny access and i have allowed it, i can then open the phone on the computer and view all the photos the problem comes when i try to drag and drop i can select the photos and drag them but it wont allow them to drop to a new file can someone help please
