Dropped samsung galaxy s3 mini in the toilet, now doesnt turn on. PLEASE HELP!

I dropped my samsung galaxy s3 mini in the toilet, got it out straight away, took it apart, dried it all with a towel then put it in a sealed container with rice. Now wont turn on at all. HELP
