I can't upload pictures from my Samsung phone

I can't upload any photos to fb or kijiji. I can add an image by taking a photo at the time. I can attach pics in a text message or email. No uploads to any sites. Memory is far from full. Please help. Nothing has changed with my phone as far as I know. Possibly automatic android updates. TIA
