lost all my apps exept my pictures please someone help me :-(

I Lost all my apps but not my pictures what do I do I don't know if this is why but I went to pixel gun.club and its to get free coins in a game my tablet turned off by its self I turned it back on all my apps were gone and wallpapers, emails ,apps WiFi places I miss all my apps please find a way and I have a suprapad iview-910TPC. :(
