Someone is accessing my phine

I have major problems going on don't know wherw to start I have done reset and stuff still comes back on phone I try to read to fix things but im blocked from certain sites would a hacked google account do this ive changed passwords etc the ***** working at samsung told me it's factory no it's not I know my phone
