How do I get the Play Store on the Galaxy Precedent?

I rebooted my Samsung Galaxy Precedent and it had the play store before reboot. After rebooting, I wanted to download an external music player to put everything in a playlist at once(it only lets you put one song or album in a playlist at a time so I would have to put over 100 songs in multiple playlists) and the play store wasn't there, just the Android Market which won't open. How do I get the Play Store back?
