website shows sometime on moblie and then dont a next time

hi i have a website that i can see perfectly on my computer but sometimes on my phone the same website show and sometimes it dont and it says something like this "This site can't be reached teach-dem.com's server DNS address could not be found. ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED "why does it shows sometime and then dont a next time?
