Anyone have an issue getting the rewards points for the visa card when you purchased the s8?

I purchased my note 8 - sorry stated s8 in question - november 8. Submitted my receipt nov 9 for review. It was accepted on nov 14. The email stated it would be 14 days to get points so i can redeem for the $250 visa card. I still have not received my points. I have called and emailed and nothing.
