iHere fund my phone ringtone

I have Galaxy s7 with android 7. Using iHere 3 device and app and it is working fine. When I use the device to find my phone it activates the ringtone even if the phone is on silent or airplane mode. I set the loudest ringtone for this app and it was working well. After I restarted the phone and I use find my phone I get the default ringtone and now I cannot find the option to change it back. Is it possible the latest android OS update removed the setting for find my phone ringtone?
