Continuous Vibration Everytime anything sound related Play (New problem?). How can i fix it?

I just got my tablet back from the repair shop after a charging problem, but now its continuously vibrating whenever something plays! I put on a YouTube video or just put on a game with sound, even when a small sound effect plays, it vibrates continuously until the sound effect, video or music is stopped. HELP!!!

P.S. - Also I tried looking for a fix but this problem hasn't popped up around the internet. Am I the first?
