My phone is stuck in bootloop and i even can't connect it to pc

I changed the build.prop of my android device and when rebooted it it doesn't started and then I searched how to fix this problem then internet showed me to clear data of phone in recovery mode but it doesn't worked and when I tried to install custom ROM on my device it was not connecting to pc.tell me what should I do
