Hotspot issue on Galaxy S7

I have a unlocked Verizon S7. I am using US MOBILE as my carrier that uses Verizons LTE network. I am paying for the unlimited plan with Hotspot. My issue is when I access my mobile hotspot my phone says its looking for subscription and then pops up no number found so my hotspot will not connect. I contacted the carrier and they said that the phone is provisioned correctly and they do not have a answer for me. Samsung says it's a carrier problem with the usual we will troubleshoot your phone. Pretty sure that means factory reset and I will still have the problem. Please help
