Incoming calls distorted with the es350 lexus and Samsung s8 why?

Every incoming call is distorted and its hard for the other person to hear me talking inside my es350 Lexus. I have tried all of the tricks and nothing is working. The callers are frustrated because they say that its hard to understand me. Why is this happing? I had the Andriod Motorola before the Samsung s8 and it worked fine? How can this be fixed?
