I own an LG Stylo 3 Plus and I know some people have had the same issue as I am, but I cannot find a fix. I noticed a couple days ago that my alarm did not play sound, only vibrated when it went off and now nothing else works. Notifications, calls, alarms, games, and videos no longer put out sound, but I can hear another person in a call just fine. I have never used bluetooth pairing either. Is there any way to fix this without having to factory reset or replace the speaker?
