So i was trying to unlock the phone but there is no way i can bypass the google account verification and look to the download mode and i saw this
RP SWREV: B4( 2,1,1,1,1) K1 S3.

I tried to consult a tech about this and they say that my device hard to reset. what is the meaning of the rp swrev?
