Sprint Samsung galaxy note 3 file apk issues

I don't know what happened its rooted, never had this issue before but when i want to transfer files from one folder to another the app just starts over i can't upload any thing online the same thing just happens with the browser etc restarts I know it's an issue with the stock app because i can transfer files with market file managers but still can't upload anything online it's annoying any ideas? Samsung galaxy note 3 my files apk stock app., thanks
