forgot my knock code on lg g6 and fingerprint isn't allowed

hey i forgot whats my knock on code and the phone not allowing me to use fingerprint to access it, also i tried google device manager however it doesn't apply the password cus i already have that knock code :(
and there no forgot my password option on the screen just emurgensy call and lg counselling center, plz help i got the phone like yersterday
